Hi there, I’m Inna

I'm a certified, passionate and dedicated yoga teacher from Oakville. I have a decade of experience teaching various levels and styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin yoga, Restorative yoga, Ashtanga, Chair Yoga, as well as guided meditation, mindfullness and breathwork.

I wholeheartedly believe in the power of yoga to improve our physical and mental health and wellbeing. I also believe that yoga should be taught in a friendly, accessible way, so everyone can enjoy its benefits.

Having had three children within five years, yoga has been my main tool for postpartum recovery and strengthening, as well as for supporting my mental health as a parent.

One of the most important elements of a yoga practice is breathwork or "Pranayama". There are various types of Pranayama and all offer multiple benefits, including stress reductions, improved cardiovascular health, better digestion and more.

Meditation

Practicing meditation can help you learn how to calm your mind, cultivate focus and awareness, and promote a sense of peace. There are many meditation techniques to explore, including Mindfulness Meditation, Guided Meditation, Focus Meditation, and Body Scan Meditation to list a few.
